I have known this family for years.  I was so excited when they called to say they wanted some family pictures.  Their oldest daughter is getting married so they are about to add a new son-in-law to their family.  They wanted a new family pictures but NOT in wedding clothes!  We met at a park in Aurora, CO.  It was almost raining…story of my life this summer.  We got right to work.  Good thing I work fast because right as i was fishing up we started to feel sprinkles!  It is so fun to work with adults!  Everyone followed my directions and there was no crying.  Enjoy!

Brooklyn, so cute but oh so hard to photograph! Brooklyn’s oldest sister, Devan, was a dream to photograph! Always smiling. Oh so easy. Then came the middle sister, Isabella, just like her sister easy peasy….except for that one time at City park. Their parents figures we have such good girls we might as well have just one more. Then came Brooklyn! Starting with her newborn session she has given me a run for my money!! Not to mention all the fun times for her parents. Good thing she is so adorable! We had the session at one of my favorite locations, The Denver Botanic Gardens.  We found that goldfish were about the only way to keep her from crying let alone smiling!!  I love catching the true child.  I would not change my job for anything in the world!

Carly is 6 months old!  I first met her family at a park in Aurora, Colorado for a few family pictures.  Then we went to the Aurora studio to do a few of just Carly.  She was awesome for her session.  I love this age

I was so excited when Mandy called me for another session.  I have had the pleasure of photographing her family from several years now.  Her girls are so fun and full of life….translate into they kept me running around like a crazy person, LOL.  We decided to schedule the family photography session at the Denver City Park.  It was a perfect day for an outdoor session.  Plus we met right before sunset….the sweet light.  Really if I could only work outside in evening light I would. 

When Jessica contacted me to take her family’s pictures I was thrilled!  She is also a photographer in the Denver metro area, however as all of us photographers know it is near impossible to get good pictures of your own kids, and completely impossible to get a family picture by yourself!  We have been friends for over 3 years and I know all her kids.  I am use to families with 2-3 kids…5 kids opened up so many more posing ideas!  I was having dreams about this session, really.  They did not disappoint!  We went to the Denver Chatfield Botanic Gardens for the session.  We had the best time.  I have had a blast this fall season with Denver family photography.

I had another great session with Avery and her family.  We decided to have the session at Washington Park in Denver, a great location!  Avery was super awesome, like always, for her pictures.  I just love seeing her little teeth come in.  I am sad to see another baby turn one

This was such a fun session.  I loved getting to work with older children.  It was amazing, they did just want I asked!  I am so use to working with 2 yr olds!  We met at a great park near their house.  The weather was perfect for an outside session.

Elyse has the cutest red hair, I love it!  She is such a doll.  We had a wonderful session at the Denver Botanic Gardens.  She is such a happy baby.  This is the second time I have had the pleasure of photographing her, one more session to go

I get so sad when babies that I have been photographing since they were born turn 12 months

This family was only able to all get together one day and i was so happy I could squeeze them in.  We had a great session.  I had to get a few of the baby too
