denver wedding photography {so in love}

A few weekends ago I was lucky enough to be the photographer for John and Andrea’s wedding.  They are just such a great couple.  I was referred to them from this wonderful family, thanks Miles and Venessa:)   They were married at a cute little church in Denver near Washington Park.  We walked over to Washington Park for the pictures.  The flowers are just perfect this time of year.  For the reception we drove over to an art gallery.  All in all it was just the perfect wedding!  I am so glad I was apart of it.  Enjoy:)

It is not very often that I get to capture newborns smile.  This little girl was so smiley…not very sleepy but I will take smiley over sleepy anyday!  She made my day for sure.

I had a great session with Ethan last week.  He just moved back to Colorado and will be graduating from Grandview High School with the class of 10-11.  We had a great time.  First we did some urban pictures at the southlands mall.  Then we moved to a nearby park to finish the session.  I am so glad they found me.  Funny story when I was entering their address into my accounting software I noticed they bought their house from one of my clients from a couple years ago!

Thanks Ethan!

denver wedding photography {steven+toni=married}

Over the past couple of years I have cut back on the number of weddings that I do each year…I just can’t do weddings AND portraits and have enough time to schedule everyone.  So for the most part my weddings are referrals, which I love.  Here is a stroy for you.  Back in 2006 I met Jennifer to photography her maternity pictures..I then continued to photography her twins for their whole first year.

Fast forward to 2008 Jennifer’s Sister Kelly is pregnant and I have the pleasure of photographing her son for his whole first year.

Now in 2010 Kelly’s best friend Toni is getting married…guess who gets to be the wedding photographer, ME!  Seriously I love my clients!  I get so excited to see them again.  Plus it is the best feeling to have them recommend me, I LOVE THEM!!

Back to the matter at hand, Steven and Toni’s wedding!  Their wedding was perfect.  They selected Willow Ridge Manor in Morrison, CO.  The location had awesome views of the red rock in the background.  It was a perfect Colorado sunny summer day!  They were surrounded by friends and family.  The best part, for me, was that I was the one there to capture all the memories for them!  So sit back and enjoy their wonderful wedding slideshow.

Anna-Karin - Love it that you can track your clients from a previous clients referral. That is great to hear that they were so happy with you they told all their friends. The best kind of marketing you can ever get!

I had the pleasure of meeting Brooklyn in studio the other day.  I first met Brooklyn’s family when I started photographing her oldest sister, Devan.  Then came Isabella.  And now Brooklyn!  3 girls!  There were 4 girls in my family I loved having a bunch of sisters:)  We still have a blast together.  I have a brother as well, the youngest.
