    **Important Dates**

    Spring Break, well for my kids, I will have a limited schedule for newborns and a few others only, Monday, March 26 until Friday, April 6.

    I am so happy for the weather to be nice again! I love getting to work outside. Studio can get so boring doing the same thing everyday!

    I have a new assistant, Meghan! If you see her in the studio or talk to her on the phone be nice she is new :)

    Newborns are best photographed within the first 2 weeks.  If you are pregnant now please call me to discuss newborn options and ask questions.  If you already had your baby that is ok call me I can try to squeeze you in!

parker newborn photographer – 3 brothers

I was so excited to squeeze in this newborn!  I have had so many newborns lately I almost missed this one!  He was just over a week but I can’t say he was tiny:)  I love chunky newborns!  As a mom to a tiny newborn and a chunky newborn I will take a chunky newborn any day!  Baby “I” brought his 2 big brothers to the session with him.  They were so fun.  Siblings always add a bit of an adventure to a newborn session.

denver family photography – fun at home

I was so excited to hear the “A” family was ready for another session!  I last saw them about a year ago.  I love the fall because it means family picture time and I get to see all my clients again.  We decided to have the family photography session at their home.  We just had a blast.  We jumped on beds.  We played outside.  We had snacks.  I love capturing families in their own environment.

denver newborn photography – newborns everywhere

Somehow every year I forget how many newborns are born in the spring.  Oh my!  babies babies babies!  They are everywhere.  This week has been crazy.  I think all my April “due date” babies came the last week of March!  Ok I still have a couple I am waiting on.  The weather was nice and warm and all the babies wanted to join.  Then it snowed!

Anyhow this was a great newborn photography session in the studio.  I just loved this family.  He did not want to sleep but after some feeding, swaddling, walking…..we finally got a few sleeping ones.

aurora family photography – 2 boys, 2 girls

I am still posting some fall sessions.  I hate that I never seem to get any fall work on my blog because I am just too dang busy to blog in the fall!  So here I am posting fall in APRIL!  Before I know it I will be taking fall pictures again.

 

I just love this family.  I have been taking pictures of them since the youngest was born.  I love their outfits!  I just love everything.  We met at the Delaney Farms in Aurora for the portrait session.  It was a perfect location for this family.  The oldest will be getting senior pictures done this summer I can’t wait!

colorado family photography – fall day

Another family at Red Rocks!  I find that I go to the same locations in a row often.  I am not sure what but I see a pattern when I am recording my mileage for my accountant.  Right now I am stuck on Red Rocks, good thing it is an awesome location.  I have had baby sessions for the kids but this was the first time we had a family session.  It was a bit too windy and cold but we didn’t have much time left before Christmas so we made it work.  It is hard to go wrong with such cute kids.
